A surface is never quite the same from morning to evening. This collection brings together stone, timber, plaster and concrete from different settings, seen through the light that reveals them.

Material

Surface and depth.

Leaf shadows soften a mineral wall; a narrow joint gives stone its rhythm; sunlight brings the grain of timber into focus. Together, these details show how a restrained palette can hold considerable variation.
